Registration Fee:

Our Studio Policies

To Enroll

A $35.00 registration fee per student or $50 per family is due at the time of registration for dance classes. A credit card must remain on file for the term of the season and will be billed on the 1st of each month. Students may cancel at any time with 30 days notice prior to the billing cycle by completing the Online Cancellation form. See Cancellation Policy.


Make up Policy

Missed classes due to studio closures, illness and other reasons can be made up within one month of the missed class. Dancers cannot makeup classes that have been dropped.


Cancellation Policy

A 30 day notice is required for all classes that are dropped. If a dancer is outside of the 30-day drop time he/she will still be charged the full month’s tuition. If a dancer chooses to re-enroll after dropping all classes there will be an additional re-registration fee of $35. Our Cancelation Form must be filled out and submitted, this form can be found under "Important Forms/Docs".


Tuition

Tuition is due on the 1st of every month and is non-refundable. All tuition payments will be automatically debited on the 1st of each month with the credit card on file. Tuition costs are the same per month, regardless of the number of weeks in a month.

Payment: Auto-payment via credit or debit card is mandatory for tuition payments.

Late Fee: Payments are due on the first of each month or a $15.00 late fee will be assesed after the 8th of the month.

Any student with an overdue balance of more than 45 days will not be allowed into class until payment is received in full.


*There will be no refunds for missed classes. Students may make up missed classes within one month of absence. Please check in with the front desk before attending a make-up class.


Trial Classes

New students are welcome to take a trial class to determine placement before registering. Students will need to submit a signed parental consent waiver before taking a trial class. Please arrive 15 min. prior to the class start time.



Tap

Ballet/Tap

Combo Class

Attire:

Any colored leotard (any style is acceptable, attached skirts are accepted).

Tights: tan, pink, white or black.

Shoes:

Pink, black or white ballet slippers and black tap shoes

Hair:

Hair must be pulled back in a pony tail or style which keeps hair off the neck and out of eyes.


Our Dress Code

*No bare midriff for any class.


Attire:

Tank top and leggings or shorts. T-shirt and lightweight sweatpants. Tights optional.

Shoes:

Black Tap shoes

Hair:

Hair pulled back out of your face.


Jazz

Lyrical/Contemporary

Technique


Attire:

Any color leotard or tank top,

leggings or shorts. Tights optional

Shoes:

Tan jazz shoes or pirouette shoes.

Hair:

Hair pulled back out of your face.


Hip-Hop


Attire:

Tank top and leggings or shorts. T-shirt and lightweight sweatpants.No jeans.

Shoes:

Sneakers

Hair:

Hair pulled back out of your face.


Acro


Attire:

Leotard and either fitted shorts or leggings. No baggy clothing or skirts may be worn for Acro due to the risk of injury.

Shoes:

Dancers must have bare feet.

Hair:

Hair pulled back out of your face.


Jazz/Hip-Hop

Combo Class


Attire:

Leotard and either fitted shorts or leggings. No baggy clothing or skirts

Shoes:

Jazz shoes & sneakers

Hair:

Hair pulled back out of your face.


Lyrical/Acro

Combo Class


Attire:

Leotard and either fitted shorts or leggings. No baggy clothing or skirts

Shoes:

Dancers must have bare feet

Hair:

Hair pulled back out of your face.


Ballet/Pointe

Attire:

Black leotard, pink tights

Shoes:

Pink Ballet shoes

Hair:

Hair pulled back neatly into a bun.

Natalie Bou

Studio Owner & artistic director



Natalie found her love for dance at a very young age and teaching soon became her biggest passion. She graduateD from OCHSA in 2001 and was a part of the Commercial Dance Department. She has taught and performed throughout Orange County & L.A for over 15 years. Working with many different dance studios and High School Dance Teams. Natalie has danced for Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios and was a featured dancer on Nickelodeons “Unfabulous”. She has also received her Yoga and PBT certification and teaches private and group Yoga sessions.

Natalie is thrilled to be pursuing her lifelong dream, and is currently the Studio Owner and Artistic Director of Captivate Dance Academy.
